Someone drew my attention to this clip from the TV series Broad City, which takes up the topic of pegging.

Why is that relevant? Because this is one of many ways of exploring reversed gender roles, and because at least one of the characters here have all the signs of a FTM crossdreamer.

This one is probably not safe for a work or family environment.

The relation of pegging with masculinity is an interesting thing. I've heard of many cis women who enjoy it not because it makes them feel masculine, but because they enjoy having control or being the "pitcher." On the other hand, my Mistress is, obviously, thoroughly dominant but refuses to wear a strap-on because she says it makes her feel like a man and she hates that.

lmao. I'm a little worried about this actually. I'm wondering if maybe I should try to date a girl crossdreamer (a tomboy or a yaoi fangirl might work). But I might have second thoughts if "this" is what she's looking for. Anal sex in any way between anyone just turns me off.

The idea of using a strap on doesn't really appeal to me because it's not real, especially using one that doesn't look like a realistic prosphetic I suppose it's the only compromise that could be made though really. It wouldn't be the same as having a male body though.

May lesbian women (non-transgender) make use of strap-ons. Some of them are probably trans masculine, and use them to express some kind of "dominant" masculinity. Others maybe trans men in hiding, whishing that penis was real. But it also looks like many of them just love exploring a different role while pleasing their partner.

Some lesbians also love watching gay male porn. As Lesbian mother Jules try to explain this to their son, Laser in the movie The Kids are All Right:
"Well, sweetie, human sexuality is  complicated. And sometimes, people’s desires can be...counter-intuitive... For instance, since women’s sexual  responsiveness is mostly internal,  sometimes it’s exciting for us to  see sexual responsiveness more, you know......externalized... Like with a penis."

I am not sure her argument is completely convincing, but I think a lesson here is that the phallus has a fundamental meaning that goes beyond traditional gender and sexuality divides. try to explain this to their son, Laser: "Well, sweetie, human sexuality is  complicated.
